Patient financial responsibility

At Harris Dental Associates we strive to deliver the highest quality dental care to all of our patients, and our policy is that payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. When planning your treatment, we will make our best efforts to estimate your insurance coverage and any out-of-pocket costs based on your policy details. However, we are not responsible for what your insurance ultimately covers, and any remaining charges not covered by insurance are your responsibility. We suggest contacting your insurance company before treatment to review your coverage and if you have any questions about potential financial responsibilities. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan as they might affect treatment coverage.

If you have any questions regarding your account, or to learn more about insurance, payment, or financing of your dental care, please contact our Brockton, MA office at 508-584-6070.
